My multi-tasking daughter
So last night, we reach bedtime. I told V. to go potty, say her bedtime prayers and hop into bed and that I'll be there in a minute to tuck her in and such. "Okay", she says, and runs off to do what I told her to do.
I walk past the bathroom and glance in, I see her sitting on the potty, swinging her legs, head down and eyes closed saying, "Heavwey Fawder, tink you for my blessins', tink you I sleep good..." I stop, look at Steve and say,'Is she saying her bedtime prayers while going potty?' "Looks like it", is his reply.
So I get her her juice and then go to her room to tuck her in and give her a goodnight kiss. She slept great!
She's a little multi-tasker!

I interviewed V. my 3 year old. This should be interesting! I wrote her answers down the exact way she said them!
1. What is something mom always says to you?"close the door when you're going potty."
2. What makes mom happy?"uh, cookies"
3. What makes mom sad? "computer"
4. How does your mom make you laugh? "cookies"
5. What was your mom like as a child? "uh, you this big. Mommy, you this big just like I little!""
6. How old is your mom? "7"
7. How tall is your mom? "big"
8. What is your mom's favorite thing to watch on TV? *shrug*" I don't think so" *shrug*
9. What does your mom do when you're not around? "um...sleep"
10. If your mom becomes famous, what will it be for? *shrug* "I don't think so"

12. What is your mom not very good at? "play on computer"
13. What does your mom do for her job? "go outside and play with dad"
14. What is your mom's favorite food? "macaroni and cheese!"

I'm giving stuff away!
I saw this on a friends blog and thought it was a great idea! I'm not real crafty, but I am getting better. Here's my chance to get more creative!
The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me. My choice. For you. (I know...a little scary, but maybe fun, huh?)
This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:1- I make no guarantees that you will like it .2- What I create will be just for you. 3- It'll be done by the end of April.
4- You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a loaf of homemade bread. It may be a bag, a card, an apron. It may be a book, a scarf, a poem. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
