Okay, I am thinking of going private. I have actually been thinking about this for a couple of months. It seems like most of my friends are going private...Do you think I should? My creative blog will be public. I don't use V.'s whole name on this one, and I no longer have our Family name as the title to our blog. Is this enough? {BTW, if you have our last name as our blog on your blog list, I would be very grateful if you changed it so that our name is not on there.}
I probably will go private sometime in the next week... If you want to leave your e-mail I will send you an invite.{I will delete the comments so your e-mail address won't be seen.} I hope all of you will send me your e-mail! I have loved sharing our lives with you all and reading your comments! I'm sorry that going private will make you have to sign in to see our blog and that is just another step you have to go thru to get to our blog.
hmmm....what else do I want to say on this subject... I don't know....I still have some things to think about before I make the final switch.
My two most favorite people!

First milestone
YAY! I've reached my first milestone in my weight lose. Ten pounds gone! Bye! See ya! You won't be coming back! Now, just 27 to go...
Tomorrow I'm heading to Ashton to walk/jog a 5k. I can only run, like 1/2 a mile, but I thought tomorrow I'll try the best I can and walk the rest. It's a start, right? My mother-in-law is walking the 5k and my sister-in-law is doing the Mesa Falls marathon. So we are all going together, and Steve and V. are coming as well. I have done many 5k walks and enjoy them. I'm doing one in Boise next month. So I thought, "Why not try to run that one?" So tomorrow I thought I'd see how well I can do with the jogging and walking. And I'll start running at the gym I think, to get ready for the one next month. Hopefully I'll be able to run that one completely. Anyhoo, I'm excited to have lost ten pounds and I think it's time to buy a new pair of jeans! I've been having to hitch these up lately...

Pioneer Day
So this is a little late, sorry! Our Stake had a fun day planned for Pioneer Day. Steve had to work that weekend though. :( But V. and I started the day off by going to the Stake House and all the Primary kids rode their bikes around the parking lot in a parade. You were allowed to dress up like a pioneer if you wanted. This was really all we had...
V. in her cowgirl boots and pioneer bonnet. I think she looks caaaute!
I didn't get pictures of V. playing any of the games and such that they had, because I kept her with me and I was helping with an indoor game.
They had dutch oven for lunch, but we were hot and tired of waiting around for the food. So we just went home and I made us some sandwiches that we ate under the trees here at home. So even though we didn't stay the whole time, we still had fun!

Camping
This weekend we went camping as a family. We went to McTucker, by Springfield. We had a very quiet campsite, and enjoyed some fishing. V. had fun playing in the rocks!
Me and V.
I've gone fishing before. But I've either caught nothing, or just suckers. Friday night I caught my first brown trout! I was so excited! I don't eat fish, but I enjoy fishing. I find it very relaxing. So Steve cooked my fish up and ate it that night.
I look silly in this picture because the fish started flopping around and I couldn't believe I was holding a flopping fish!
